It can be difficult to convince boys of a certain age to bathe, but the promise of wearing Mohawks to school does the trick.

Welcome back old friend

It's been a big week. Our mixer, after 10 years of use, was out of commission for a few months. Now thanks to a new gear housing we are reunited! Jer also installed a new garbage disposal. I never knew I married such a handy man!

Visit to Nana and Papa

My grandparents recently moved into a beautiful retirement community in state college. We went to visit them one month ago. The kids loved the new place, and said it was the best hotel they ever stayed at. I think it was the ping pong that won them over. James insists that he is moving in when he turns 62!

James birthday

James is six! We had a football theme party because that is his favorite sport. It was a lot of fun. We had the kids compete at some of the NFL combine events, like the 40 yd dash and shuttle run.

My sister Becca, and Jeff, came to visit for my birthday. We went to Bertha's in Fells Point and had a great time!

Here Libby helps make BBQ sauce to go with dinner tonight. She also loves to dress up our neighbor, her buddy, Ryan.

Halloween

We want to M-burg this year for Halloween. As you can see from the pics mom-mom and pap-pap got really into it this year.





The boys insisted that our pumpkin have a handlebar mustache.
Also for school they needed to dress up as a book character. Luca is Stewart little, and James is Anatole. Both mice, because that is what I felt capable of making on short notice.
