I've been reading Don Quijote de la Mancha by Miguel de Cervantes. The first time I read it I was 17 years old and had not yet realized that my youthful idealism was actually seen by the majority of the world as a mental condition caused by reading too many books. At one point Q advises his sidekick Sancho Panza: "would that god give you all that is good and right for you...but don't reduce your zeal so much that you become content with less than you might become" (excuse my poor translation)

Grandma's Visit
Luca enjoyed his Grandma's visit over President's Day weekend. Here they are making bread together. He was very sad to see her leave.
