Aunt "Bebeck" gave Luca tickets to a minor league baseball game for his birthday. Last friday we went to see the Bowie Baysox play the Harrisburg Senators. After several seat changes (long story) we got to sit right behind home plate. It was fantastic. The whole thing was very family friendly. They had entertainment between each inning that kept the boys happy...things like dancing on the dugouts, and people wrestling in those "sumo" body suits. At the end of the game they had a great fireworks show and even let the kids run around the bases (although James was too little to participate, and wasn't a huge fan of the "fireworks make loud sound.") A man across the aisle from us, and not behind the protective net, caught a foul ball which he gave to the boys.We all had a great time and it reminded me of going to Harrisburg Senators games with my dad when I was little.
